NOTIFICATION ON RETURNS FOR CONSUMERS

Right of return


You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating a reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party appointed by you who is not the transporter takes possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

To exercise your right of return, you must send a clear declaration to us

(e.g. a letter sent by mail or email) stating your decision to cancel this contract.
You may use the enclosed sample cancellation form but this is not essential.
To safeguard the cancellation period it is sufficient to send off the notification about exercising the cancellation right before the cancellation period ends.

 

Consequences of the cancellation

 
If you cancel the contract, we must immediately refund to you all the payments we received from you, including the delivery costs (except the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the inexpensive standard delivery we offered) by the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received the notice cancelling this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless a different arrangement has been specifically agreed; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.
We can refuse repayment until we receive the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which is received first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in all cases at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which you informed us about the cancellation of this contract. The period is complied with if you send the goods within a period of fourteen days.

 

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

 

You must only pay for the loss of value to the articles if this loss of value can be traced to unnecessary handling of them to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the articles.
